Graduate Program
SPARQ Solutions supports graduate recruitment as a means of building
a skilled workforce for the future. The graduate development program
involves rotations through a number of business units or work teams
in at least two locations (for example, Brisbane and Rockhampton)
and participation in a range of training and development activities.
The number of graduates is determined on an annual basis, based
on the requirements of the business.
Each graduate will be assigned a mentor within the business. A
mentor is an experienced professional who agrees to provide support,
coaching and guidance to a graduate for the duration of the graduate
development program, helping to facilitate their transition from
university to the workplace.
In their third year of the graduate development program, each graduate
may be offered a permanent position in the business, based on their
own career preferences and SPARQ Solutions' business needs.
